What is your Sales and Returns policy?

A sale is deemed to have occurred as soon as we despatch the goods to you. In most cases all products are in stock however if we anticipate there being any delays, we will contact you early on. For this reason, please ensure you give us a valid telephone number and e-mail address where you can be reached on ordering.

If the items are found to be faulty, we will refund you all the costs incurred including delivery costs in returning the product to us provided it is returned in its original condition.

If however you simply want to return the goods for no good reason, we will still refund you the full price you paid (provided they are still in their original condition) however,  you will  incurr delivery charges in returning the goods to us. For this reason we ask that you are satisfied with your choice before placing the order.

We ask that any intention to return the goods and any faults are reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods by e-mailing sales@hushbaby.co.uk . We will then e-mail you with instructions. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage for any goods returned back to us incase they are lost in the post in which case we will not bear liability. 

How much will I have to pay in delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders over £50 and £2.95 for orders below £50. Items are normally dispatched within 48 hours and you can expect to receive the item 7 days after placing your order however please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

If you would like items posted anywhere else in the world, please contact us for a postage cost which you will be required to pay.

What happens if an item I have ordered is not in stock?

Our policy is to advertise goods on our website that are in stock. Some goods are stocked to order. Where this is the case and we anticipate a delivery time of such goods to be beyond our normal delivery times, we will endevour to let our customers know in advance.

Where goods are not in stock and it is unlikely that they will be in stock soon, we will offer the cutomer a choice of a full refund, a partial refund (where some goods are in stock) or the choice to order alternative goods from our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online

Simply select the items you want and pay using your credit or debit card using Paypal or Google Checkout. You will need to have an account or to set up an account with Google Checkout however with Paypal, no account is needed. These methods are very secure and we do not obtain details of your card number when you pay as all transactions are carried out by these providers.

Tell me a bit more about promotional codes

From time to time we may offer promotions. To make use of these promotions simply enter the promotional code during checkout and the discount will be applied accordingly. Only one promotional code can be used at any one time. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjuction with any other offers.

How do I receive my free gift offer?

Simply e-mail us here once you have placed your order, quoting your order number and choice of free gift from those available during checkout. Please note that the offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We also reserve the right to exchange the choice of gift if unavailable with a gift of similar value.

Also note that if goods are returned then the customer is expected to return the free gift as well in its original condition. If the free gift is not returned (or is returned other than in its original condition), we reserve the right to deduct from any customer refund the value of the free gift.
